The patient liaison Manager was brilliant and incredibly helpfull. Also most of the staff were very good, however, I had a few problems. This was because the level of English spoken by most staff was very poor and I had to rely on the very good English skills of the Nephrologist (who obviously was not there all of the time). Unfortunately I am not able to speak Greek (so this communication problem ultimately comes back to me). Care was very professional and the premises are quite beautiful. A real PLUS is that the Centre provides a free "pick up" and "drop off" service which is really essential if you do not have a car because the facility is many kilometers out of Heraklion in the beautiful countryside..
