Excelente servicio, personal muy amable y muy bien calificado, equipo para la diálisis muy moderno (mejor que el de Fresenius en USA).

Very good communication with the Office before my treatment. I booked a transfer from hotel to the clinic and return for 40€. The transfer was around 20 min late, but in Rome that’s how it is. Got to the clinic where I was meet by some nurses, but I could feel that no one there were very happy about speaking english. I was placed in a bed and a nurse tried to read the the papers I had with me and as my home hospital had sended beforehand. I do my own dialysis at Home normally so I know the Numbers very well, but still needed to convince them that I don’t pill out any water eventhough I gained some weight since it is 3 months since we sended the paperwork from home. The machines were known for me, but I only got 250 in flow eventhough my catheter can run up to 350 in flow, therefore the treatment wasn’t as effective but I still got cleaned. Overall everything was very clean, not the same as in Denmark, but I was happy about it. Only thing was the english - it was very difficult to communicate with nurses about the treatment. Transfer with car home to the hotel was good but the driver couldn’t speak english at all.

That was my first trip since I am on dialysis treatment, I have to admit that I was full of fears. Station appeared very friendly, personnel was competent and cordial. There is nothing to be afraid of. I recommend it.
