Our team has collective experience of managing home hemodialysis service for over 400 patients and over 140,000 dialysis sessions. We provide home hemodialysis through conventional and portable dialysis machines.

Our service covers the entire city, ensuring you're fully included no matter where your accommodation is located.

Once we receive a request for dialysis, our clinical team will contact the patient to schedule an appointment for assessment. This includes both a clinical evaluation and a site assessment. After the assessment, we deliver the dialysis machine and all necessary consumables, and begin the service based on the patient’s convenience.

A  dialysis professional, either a dialysis nurse or a renal dialysis technologist, will be present during each dialysis session. A nephrologist will visit once per month, and a general practitioner (GP) will attend the first session and continue with visits twice a month (every two weeks) thereafter.
