Booking your holiday dialysis at this clinic makes you eligible for Diaverum's d.HOLIDAY Fly Back Programme (special terms apply, learn more in https://d.holiday/en/diaverum-d-holiday-fly-back-programme). This programme facilitates and funds safe & fast returns home for dialysis patients on a transplant list who receive their transplant call while travelling.

Before Your Visit

The clinic provides heparin during dialysis sessions. Patients are kindly asked to bring all other prescribed medications that may be required during treatment, including iron, erythropoiesis-stimulating agents (EPO), vitamin D analogues, and any additional prescribed supplements or medications.

Patients are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the clinic and are encouraged to organise this in advance of their travel.

If you experience any discomfort or feel unwell prior to your arrival, please inform the clinic as soon as possible so appropriate guidance can be provided.

Upon arrival, patients are expected to follow all applicable health and safety protocols in place at the clinic.

We also recommend arranging flexible travel and accommodation plans. Diaverum does not provide refunds for disruptions to or cancellations of scheduled treatment.
