I was in 2 centres of diaverum in Paris, in Mont Louis and Saint Maur. The staff was friendly, the sessions went well.
If you don't speak French, just English, you need a translator app, communication on site is difficult.
The other difficulty was that I only got an answer, if i can do dialysis there, just 1 week before the 1st planned session. So I could book accomodation and journey very late, and expensive. This uncertainity is very bad.

I was very happy to be able to book with this app. The Team of Diaverum Paris Mont Louis was very kind and did a very good job. I did not feel any pain when putting in the needle for dialysis and they always made sure I'm okay and feeling good. I'm very happy it went so well! I will defenitely book more vacations!

Friendly staff, but not really engaged in the relation with guest patients. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
All went well, dialysed very similar to home. No issues with hygiene or cleanliness. Staff not always brilliant at English, but enough to get by.
Did two sessions, first no issues, second they said my partner couldn't stay despite me telling them I would be coming with a travel partner.
Overall, a positive experience
