At the House of Medicine, or HOME for short, we want you to expect the best treatment—both professionally and personally. Our standards are just as high.
Hospital atmosphere? No, that’s not for us. We are a team of doctors who know each other well. We respect each other, both in terms of expertise and empathy. And we like each other. We are a close-knit team centered around three physicians.

We are one of the few private dialysis centers in South Tyrol. Specifically, in the Puster Valley, the gateway to the Dolomites, very close to the mountains of the Plan de Corones ski area.

In our House of Medicine, we have set up three modern dialysis units. All offer a widescreen view of the mountain panorama and are equipped with the best devices from the German company Fresenius Medical Care. As a private center, we have been accredited by the South Tyrol Health Service after successfully completing the accreditation process.

The dialysis center is directed by Dr. Gerald Stifter, a specialist in nephrology and general medicine. He is assisted by Dr. Matthias Crepaz, specialist in internal medicine, gastroenterology, and general medicine, and Dr. Michael Röd, specialist in internal medicine and general medicine. They are supported by a team of qualified nurses.

We offer all common hemodialysis procedures: bicarbonate dialysis, hemofiltration, and hemodiafiltration. A spot is reserved for patients with hepatitis C.
