I used bookdialysis for my husband's first overseas dialysis treatment. Using the website was very straightforward and I was able to select both the dates and times that he preferred to do treatment.

Confirmation of his appointment came quickly and I had several follow-up questions that were answered quickly and accurately. I had heard that scheduling dialysis treatments in another country would be cumbersome, but that was not the case at all with bookdialysis.

I was very pleased to learn that there are Diaverum locations in many areas that my husband and I travel to. This gives us great comfort in knowing that we can go to different places without restrictions.

I was amazed when a few months earlier I found out that there was a site for all the patients requiring holiday hemodialysis. What a great idea! How convenient that was!

So easy, with only a few clicks, you can choose a city all over the world, communicate with a clinic through email or phone and book your holidays! I immediately booked mine so easy in... Dubai! I couldn’t believe it but it was true!

The site overall, is well designed and easy to use. I just hope and wish in the near future, more cities and countries will be included! Of course, I have already recommend it to my clinic here in Greece, and to forums with other patients in social media.
