My experience was good, as I am able to speak French, but it was a bit of trouble to get them to accept my GHI card to start but all went well in the end.. You should really insist on that.

The only thing to be aware of is a slight language barrier, but aside from that, everything was perfect. They even serve tea with cookies, and during the treatment, they offer light exercise — such as pedaling a small bike while seated or lying down. I’ve never seen this anywhere else before! It’s incredibly beneficial for your health and significantly reduces the chance of cramps.

For payment, they only accept cash or wire transfer — no cards.

Overall, nothing to worry about — you’ll be in highly professional and caring hands!

An exceptional dialysis clinic, with staff that take really good care of you. I was extremely happy with my experience. Just a heads up, if you are not an EHIC card holder, they do not accept credit cards, only cash, so make sure you have that with you. Thank you for your excellent service.
