Lady at front office was very helpful when my medical certificates were not what they required Contacted Dr back in South Africa and resubmitted all ok and Dialysis was done on the first booking day. Unfortunately did not do second session dew to unforseen sercumstances although lady insisted that she could change the treatment times on the day but unfortunately I could not. Will definitely use them again if I must return to Portugal as it is near my abomination as well
