Staff is very friendly, the free snack was a pleasant surprise, the assisting nurse speaks english. Also the price is value for money!

This was my first dialysis treatment while travelling outside my home country. I was a little nervous initially but the facilities at the Lisbon clinic were excellent, staff well trained and caring. I had a four hour session and it went perfectly well. Now I feel more confident in travel dialysis. They even served me a light dinner.

Very modern and technologically advanced clinic (the best I've been to). The facility is spacious, well organized, and clearly up to date. Making a reservation was simple, and the email communication was quick, clear, and efficient.

I am a patient from the US, where sterile standards are extremely strict. One small observation was that I did not notice hand washing between patient interactions. I share this purely as constructive feedback, as standards and routines vary between countries.

Everything was excellent. The team was professional and attentive.
