I had an excellent time at Great Bridge. I was very nervous about doing dialysis in a foreign country as I had never done this before, but the staff there was very welcoming and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They were accommodating and patient. The only thing I would say is it was a little hard to get in contact with the clinic prior to my arrival and instructions about arrival & appointment times were a little unclear at first. That being said, I would gladly dialyze there again & it was very easy to use bookdialysis. I would recommend it to other ESRD patients.
